What we collect
When you contact us, we collect the name, email address, subject and message you submit. If you apply to contribute, we collect your name, email address, preferred division, skills and experience, reasons for applying and any portfolio link you choose to provide. Please avoid including sensitive information unless it is needed for your enquiry.
Why we use it
We use contact details to read and respond to enquiries. We use application details to assess expressions of interest, contact applicants and manage the contributor process. We do not treat a contact message or an application as consent to receive a marketing mailing list.
Who can see it
Submissions are stored in the site’s private database and can be viewed by JAMA3A team members who have been given dashboard access. The site’s hosting and technical service providers process data to operate and secure the website. We do not publish form submissions. We may disclose information if required by law.
Storage and protection
We use restricted dashboard access and encrypted connections to help protect submissions. No online service can guarantee absolute security. The dashboard does not currently delete submissions automatically after a set period. You can ask us to review and remove information that is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, or raise a privacy concern, through our contact form. Please identify the message or application so we can find it; we may need to verify your identity before sharing or changing details. We will review your request and respond.
Cookies and external links
See our Cookies page for how the site uses browser storage. Links to other websites are governed by those websites’ own policies.
Changes
We may update this notice when the website or our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. For privacy questions, use the contact page.
